Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Unresolved orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

● UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
● Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, when applicable

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packaged.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Unresolved ships to all 50 U.S. states.

We do not currently offer international shipping; however, we are actively working toward expanding our reach and look forward to offering international delivery in the near future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Unresolved is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact UPS directly using your tracking number.
